Many

will effect their homes and their lives.
To ease your mind, we've assembled a step-by-step outline
to help you know
what to expect. View the steps below. |
|
1. Site Preparation
Prior to your layout, Leor Pools may need to do some
site preparation and remove your sod in the pool area. |
|
2. Excavation
It's time to bring in large equipment to dig the hole,
remove and haul all of the excess dirt from your pool. |
|
3. Layout
We are ready to begin the layout of your custom designed
pool. The basic plumbing is also installed at this point. |
|
4. Steel Installation
Reinforcing steel rebar is placed to the shape of the
pool, wired together and is used as a device for the
gunite to attach to. At various times throughout the
construction, inspections are required. After the installation
of the steel, the first inspection is due. |
|
5. Gunite
This will create the "shell" of your pool.
The gunite is "shot" directly at the rebar
and attaches to create a strong bond. |
|
6. Plumbing
At this stage we run the piping and install the pump
and filter at the equipment pad. |
|
7. Tile
Your selection of tile is now installed along the waterline
of the pool and any custom raised areas. |
|
8. Decking
At this point, your choice of decking will be installed,
whether it be acrylic or pavers. It's starting to look
finished! |
|
9. Plaster
The interior finish is installed at this time. |
|
